VACAF

VACAF approved campsite

Camping La Pinède en Provence is VACAF approved. To make the most of your rights when booking a mobile home or pitch, you will find the procedure to follow below.

After receiving a letter from your CAF (Caisse d'Allocation Familiale) informing you of your rights for the coming season, send us your form with the beneficiary's first and last name, the beneficiary's CAF registration number, the CAF department, your email address, the first and last names of the eligible children, the type of accommodation, the date of arrival and departure.

Upon receipt of your form, we will consult the VACAF site with the number you have entered. We obtain the list of people benefiting from the rights, the number of stays and days covered by your CAF, as well as the percentage and the maximum amount of aid. We then validate the total amount of your stay, as well as the amount covered.

The amount covered includes:

  • Cost for all people taken care of over the duration indicated
  • Accommodation cost
  • Application fees

Some services are not covered:

  • cancellation insurance
  • Rental of television, barbecue, fridge and sheets
  • Animals
  • Electricity

We will send you by email a copy of your VACAF file, specifying the amount of your deposit, as well as the balance which must be received at least 30 days before your arrival. We authorize payment if you have chosen payment by credit card. For payments by check or bank transfer, you must send it as soon as possible. When we confirm receipt of your deposit, we confirm your stay at VACAF. You will receive the deposit invoice and final confirmation of your stay by email. At the end of your stay, we send the final invoice to VACAF. We then receive payment.
